Terms of Service

Beacon provides web design, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, lead generation, digital advertising, and related digital services. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in the proposal, invoice, or agreement provided to the client.

Most website projects launch within 7–10 business days, depending on the scope of the project and how quickly we receive the content, assets, and feedback needed to keep things moving.

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by missing content, extended revision rounds, or circumstances outside of our control may extend the delivery window.

For one-time website packages, payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice. Work does not begin until payment terms are met.

For monthly subscriptions, billing recurs on a monthly cycle until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation.

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Unless otherwise noted, fees do not include third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, advertising spend, or paid software subscriptions.

You own 100% of your website, domain, content, and hosting. Upon full payment, all rights to the final delivered website and its content transfer to you.

We retain the right to display your project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, and materials you provide do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Each website package includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Revisions must be requested within 30 days of project delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beacon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

You may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.

We may suspend or terminate services if payment is overdue, if there is a material breach of these terms, or if continued service would violate applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
